1. What Choruso Is

Choruso is an AI-powered music creation service. You provide personal details through a conversational chat, and we use that information to generate original song lyrics, music, and artwork on your behalf. All songs are created uniquely for you using AI technology.

2. Purchases and Delivery

All purchases are for digital content delivered electronically. When you complete a purchase:

• You will receive an email with download links for your song files.
• Your song is available at a permanent, bookmarkable URL.
• Downloads are available indefinitely — there is no expiration on your access.
• Unpurchased previews expire: a song preview is available for 24 hours after it is created. If it is not purchased within that window, the preview link stops working. Purchasing removes this limit permanently.

3. Usage Rights

Every purchase includes the following:

• Base package ($29) — Your full-length song (MP3), song lyrics, and AI-generated cover artwork. Includes personal and event usage rights: you may play, share, and gift the song for personal, non-commercial purposes, including at private events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and ceremonies.
• Lyric video add-on (+$10) — An optional add-on that includes a lyric video (word-for-word lyrics synced on screen over the AI artwork or, at your option, a photo you upload). The same personal and event usage rights apply.

No purchase includes commercial use, resale, public broadcast, sync licensing, or distribution on streaming platforms. If you need a commercial license, contact us.

4. AI-Generated Content

Songs, lyrics, artwork, and lyric videos are created by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to ensure quality and personalization, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be perfect. We do not guarantee any specific artistic result. You are purchasing the creative process and the output delivered — not a revision service.

5. Refund Policy

Because songs are custom-generated digital products created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once generation has begun. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your files, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Your Content

You own the personal information and stories you share with us. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to generate your song. We do not sell, publish, or share your personal stories with third parties. We may use anonymized, non-identifying data to improve our service.

Uploaded photos: if you upload a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it contains nothing unlawful. You grant us a limited license to process the photo solely to produce your song's artwork and video deliverables. Uploaded photos are not used for any other purpose.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Choruso to create content that:

• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward any individual
• Promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is intended for commercial resale or distribution

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Choruso is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Choruso after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
